Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is strictly enforced. We understand things happen but out of curtesy to your artist PLEASE CANCEL / RESCHEDULE 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment to avoid getting charged 50% of your service fee. Thank you for your cooperation.
