Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is strictly enforced. We understand things happen but out of curtesy to your artist PLEASE CANCEL / RESCHEDULE 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment to avoid getting charged 50% of your service fee. Thank you for your cooperation. There is a 15 minute grace period for running late, please give us a heads up if you will be arriving late to your appointment. Clients who are over 15 minutes late with out letting us now will have their appointment cancelled.
